Our interpretation of a creamsicle soda – with vanilla, an infusion of dates, and clementine juice – combined with the sophisticated flavours of our fruity, northern Camerise liqueur. The freshly squeezed clementine juice is then clarified, resulting in a wonderful sparkling beverage.

|oz||Menaud Camerise liqueur|
Squeeze a few clementines and clarify the juice using filter paper.
Pit the dates and mash them up with your fingers. Place them in a container.
Add 2 cm of the vanilla pod as well as the boiling water. Let it cool to room temperature.
In a carbonating bottle, combine the fresh clementine juice, 1 oz of the date infusion, and the Menaud Camerise liqueur.
Cut 1 cm off the vanilla pod off and add it in the bottle. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Carbonate and serve over ice.
