Raisin vert

By combining green grapes and our Rhubarb liqueur, you’ll be able to enjoy a refreshing yet dry summer cocktail. The coffee and ginger add a hint of fruit and spice. A deliciously balanced beverage low in alcohol.

oz fresh green grape juice
oz Menaud Rhubarbe liqueur
oz Lillet Blanc

Preparation

STEP 1

Smash the peeled ginger in the shaker using a muddler.

STEP 2

Add the lactic acid, fresh green grape juice (filtered), Menaud Rhubarb liqueur, Lillet Blanc, as well as 3 coffee beans.

STEP 3

Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.

STEP 4

Double strain and serve on ice.

Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
