It might seem a bit odd that we readily admit that our master distiller has been obsessed with liquor since he was a child. In fact, in his youth he collected nearly 300 bottles that washed up on the banks of the St. Lawrence River. What he didn’t know at the time was that one of those very bottles would end up serving as inspiration for the glass containers that would house his gin, vodka, and whisky.
