Our own take on the traditional French Génépi. A spirit produced by macerating artemisia genipi which is sustainably harvested from the peaks of nearby mountains. An herbaceous accent that balances well with the fruit and flowers added before the boiling point is reached. To be enjoyed ice cold or on your travels up to the summit.
