Our interpretation of a creamsicle soda - with vanilla, an infusion of dates, and clementine juice – combined with the sophisticated flavours of our fruity, northern Camerise liqueur. The freshly squeezed clementine juice is then clarified, resulting in a wonderful sparkling cocktail.

PREPARATION

WATCH THE VIDEO

1. Squeeze a few clementines for the juice. Clarify it using filter paper.

2. Pit the dates and mash them up with your fingers. Place them in a glass container.

3. Add 2 cm of the vanilla pod cut in half as well as the boiling water. Let it cool to room temperature.

4. In a carbonating bottle, combine the fresh clementine juice, 1 oz of the date infusion, and the Menaud Camerise liqueur.

5. Cut 1 cm off the vanilla pod off and add the seeds in the bottle. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

6. Carbonate and serve over ice. Strain.
