Ordering alcoholic beverages for delivery in the United States


Orders are only processed for the United States, and in all states except: AK, HI, MS, UT. Please note that we cannot ship to a PO box. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Your product will be delivered directly to your door, and any order containing alcohol will require an adult signature and ID verification upon delivery.

Who will ship my product?

Our product is shipped by a third-party partner (AccelPay partners). Orders containing spirits are processed by authorized third-party retailers in the Accelpay network. Retailers use various carriers for fulfillment, including GLS and UPS. If your order contains both spirits and merchandise, it will be sent in separate shipments. See below for details.


Ordering goods or non-alcoholic products

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering for items in stock. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with information allowing you to track the delivery stages.

Please note that tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

 

Customs duties and taxes

Shipping is available only in Canada and the United States. Customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes, which depend on the province or state to which the order is shipped. Since Menaud is a Quebec-based company, Canadian orders will not be subject to delivery duties, as the shipment does not cross any borders.

Shipping costs and delivery delays

Shipping costs are fixed and based on the destination address, not weight. Shipping is free for orders over $100. Orders can always be picked up at 1 Rue de la Rivière, Clermont, QC G4A 1B5.


Any address entry errors made when placing an order that result in return shipping costs and/or require a new shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. Similarly, any product returns due to an error not attributable to our service will result in reshipment costs being charged to the customer.
