Return Policy

To return one or more items, you must meet all of the following conditions: The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unused and unaltered, and must not have been washed.

The item must be returned with its tags and packaging in their original condition. Please note that items purchased on final sale cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for all handling fees related to the return.


Non-alcoholic beverages and merchandise: Returns for damaged or defective products purchased in-store or online must be approved by our team at info@menaud.ca. Beverages purchased from another retailer are subject to that retailer's return policy.

Alcoholic beverages: If you have ordered any alcoholic beverages for delivery to an address in the United States, your order will be processed by third-party retailers approved by the AccelPay network, and your transaction will be facilitated by these retailers. AccelPay's privacy policy, terms of use, e-commerce and payment terms, and any other terms set forth by AccelPay apply to any purchase you make through AccelPay and are between you and the third-party retailers in the AccelPay network. We accept no responsibility for the delivery of alcoholic beverage orders in the United States.

If you ordered any alcoholic beverages for delivery to an address in Canada, your order will be processed by Menaud. Returns for damaged or defective products purchased in-store or online must be approved by our team at info@menaud.ca. Alcoholic beverages purchased from another retailer are subject to that retailer's return policy.


Clothing: All original tags must still be attached to the item. Please ensure that there are no deodorant, makeup, or perfume stains on the item. Please also avoid wearing any jewelry that could tear the item.

Perfumes, candles, and body care products: Products must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been used or altered. Any product shipped in sealed packaging must be returned in the same condition, i.e., sealed.


Menaud reserves the right to refuse any returned product that does not comply with the return policy detailed above. Refused items will be returned to the original shipping address without refund. To avoid such a situation, please contact customer service regarding any issues with the product(s) you wish to return.

When requesting a return, customers must keep the shipping confirmation receipt from the postal service until the refund has been processed by Menaud. Menaud reserves the right to refuse any return request in the absence of this mandatory postal proof.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please email support@accelpay.io before the order has been shipped.

Can I return my order?

Orders containing alcohol cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have received the wrong item in your order, please email support@accelpay.io and we will rectify this.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled upon request until they are shipped. A cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. Please send requests to support@accelpay.io.

Can I get a refund?

We can process refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please send us a photo of the damaged or incorrect shipment to support@accelpay.io.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, our team will work to rectify the situation! Email us at support@accelpay.io with a photo of the damaged order and we will coordinate a new shipment within 3 business days.



Ordering non-alcoholic goods or products


To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at info@menaud.ca. Returns for products purchased online are accepted in store. Therefore, our packages do not include a return slip. Returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders placed as a guest: If you placed an order as a guest, you must create a Menaud account to request and manage the return yourself. If you prefer not to create an account, you can contact our customer service department, who will be happy to help you return the product(s) in question. Customers benefit from free returns in Canada.

Please follow these steps to request a return:

Step 1 – Log in to your Menaud account and go to the “Order History” page.

Step 2 – Request a prepaid return label.

Step 3 – Your prepaid return label and return instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Please note that if you wish to return products that contain alcohol (such as perfumes) or batteries, a customer service representative will contact you within one business day to provide you with shipping instructions and the required documentation.

Step 4 – Print the label and follow the instructions carefully.


Exchanges

Menaud does not offer direct exchanges. Please return the merchandise for a full refund and then order the desired product(s) as soon as possible.

Refunds


After quality control and approval of the returned merchandise, Menaud will issue a refund via your original payment method and send you a confirmation email. Please note that refund processing may take up to five (5) business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.


Frequent returns


Our return policy is flexible in order to offer our customers a simplified and convenient shopping experience. If you have trouble choosing sizes or if the merchandise often fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please contact our customer service team.

Frequent returns made from the same account are automatically flagged in our system. If we notice that you are abusing our return policy, we may block your account or cancel any future orders.

Menaud reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the Return Policy. These may be returned to the original shipping address without refund.
