A salty gin infused with macerated haskap berries grown by the Bhérer family in Charlevoix. Cold-pressed, the berries provide a fruity taste and a vibrant red hue that will vary from harvest to harvest. This is a unique liqueur specific to the Charlevoix region produced in close collaboration with local farmers.
