A Menaud vodka infused with macerated rhubarb, with delicate hints of raspberry and a pinkish hue that will fluctuate from year to year. These fruity notes are wonderfully balanced out by a touch of spice from the organic baby ginger handpicked at the Ferme des Quatre-Temps in Port-au-Persil. After two years of experimentation, this is the first in a series of liqueurs only made with Charlevoix ingredients.
