A smoked beer inspired by the Danish skibsøl tradition and its naval roots. The artemisia borealis (boreal wormwood) harvested in the mountains adds notes of aniseed and mint to the brew, making this hoppy beer a magnificent ode to the sea and summits while conserving the dark hue and low alcohol content of the original recipe.
Our beers change according to harvests and are produced in small batches to ensure their artisanal characteristics.
