A beer reminiscent of a comforting “pouding chômeur”, brewed with lactarius mushrooms picked in Charlevoix. A nitro beer intended to be vigorously shaken before opening and then gently poured into a glass for an iconic cascading effect.
Our beers change according to harvests and are produced in small batches to ensure their artisanal characteristics.
