A beer that is slightly salty, just like the waters of the mighty St. Lawrence. The fruit of the staghorn sumac were harvested in Charlevoix moments before a downpour, imbuing the ingredient with a hint of acidity.
Our beers change according to harvests and are produces in small batches to ensure their artisanal characteristics.
