A Québécois take on a classic Italian cocktail: The Spritz. The bitterness from our Apéritif blends well with the tropical taste of Nordic buckthorn berries.

SERVING(s)
oz Frozen sea buckthorns
oz Cider from Quebec
oz Menaud Apéritif
oz Soda
oz Maple syrup (option)
bunch Rosemary (Gasnish)

PREPARATION

1. Crush the buckthorn berries in a shaker.

2. Pour the Menaud Apéritif over the berries.

3. Stir with a spoon and strain into a glass full of ice cubes.

4. Add the cider, soda and maple syrup (option). Stir well (or not).

5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

*You can use buckthorn berry soda instead of the berries and soda.
