PREPARATION

WATCH THE VIDEO

1. Pour all the ingredients in a shaker. Fill with ice cubes.

2. Shake vigorously.

3. Double-strain and serve in a chilled glass.

4. Use a microplane to grate the roasted cocoa beans for the garnish.
